Marininated Greens recipe



- 12 cups of coarsely chopped or shredded baby spinach, kale, chard or romaine

- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper

- cup of sesame seeds

Dressing for Marinated greens

-1/2 cup of Lemon juice

-1/2 cup of Nama Shoya

-1/4 cup of Olive Oil

-1/2 cup of Sesame oil

-3 to 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic

-1/2 cup of stone ground mustard

-1 tbsp. of ground cumin

Apply dressing over greens and work it in with your hands.

Final product should look like wilted lettuce.
